NOTICE: Online posting of non-residential applications in advance of Planning / Zoning Board Meetings

NOTICE

This message is meant to serve as a helpful advance notice of a new policy that the Evesham Township Governing Body is implementing beginning early 2024. The policy applies to new non-residential applications to the Planning & Zoning Board.

The policy requires the online posting of non-residential applications in advance of the Board meeting at which the applicant will be scheduled on an agenda for approval.

Applicants are reminded that in addition to the initial application being filed with a hard copy & electronic copy, supplemental and/or revised application material is also required to be submitted in both hard copy and electronic format.

The policy is scheduled to launch in the early months of 2024, however, a set date has yet to be finalized.
