BOND COUNSEL

The Township of Evesham (hereinafter the “Township”) seeks to engage firms to fill the above positions for the 2019 Township year commencing on or about March 5, 2019 to December 31, 2019.

These contracts will be awarded through a fair and open process pursuant to NJSA 19:44A-20.4 et seq. and Chapter 27 of the Code of the Township of Evesham. NOTICE TO BID

SEALED BIDS WILL BE RECEIVED BY THE TOWNSHIP OF EVESHAM FOR:

2019 ASPHALT AND CONCRETE CONTRACTORS

And will be opened and read in public at the Municipal Complex, 984 Tuckerton Road, Marlton, New Jersey on February 20, 2019 at 10:00 AM prevailing time in Conference Room "B". Bids will be received pursuant to a cooperative
pricing system agreement with the Evesham Township Municipal Utilities Authority.

THIS CONTRACT IS SUBJECT TO NJ DEPARTMENT OF LABOR REGULATIONS THAT REQUIRE PAYMENT OF THE PREVAILING WAGE.

Bid specifications and proposal forms may be obtained from the Township of Evesham, Department of Finance, Municipal Complex, 984 Tuckerton Road, Marlton, New Jersey, Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Bids must be made on the Township’s proposal form and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project on the outside addressed to the Township of Evesham, Office of the
Township Clerk, Municipal Complex, 984 Tuckerton Road, Marlton, New Jersey 08053. Bids shall be accepted no later than 10:00 AM at the Township Clerk’s office, Room 201. The bidder shall also provide an exact copy of the bid documents on a USB flash drive in the bid envelope.

The Township will not assume responsibility for bids mailed in.

The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive technical defects and make the award to the bidder most competent to serve the Township’s requirements.

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et. seq., N.J.S.A. 17:27 (Affirmative Action), P.L. 1963. C150 (New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act), and Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 12101,
et.seq.).
