REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

SEALED PROPOSALS WILL BE RECEIVED BY THE TOWNSHIP OF EVESHAM FOR:

PAYROLL PROCESSING SERVICES

And will be opened and read in public at the Municipal Complex, 984 Tuckerton Road, Marlton, New Jersey on October 4, 2017 at 10:00 AM prevailing time in Conference Room “A”. In accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1, the Township of Evesham shall use competitive contracting to procure the services described in the technical specifications

Request for Proposals (RFP) specifications and proposal forms may be obtained from the Township of Evesham, Department of Finance, Municipal Complex, 984 Tuckerton Road, Marlton, New Jersey, Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Proposals must be made on the Township’s proposal form and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project on the outside addressed to the Township of Evesham, Office of the Township Clerk, Municipal Complex, 984 Tuckerton Road, Marlton, New Jersey 08053. Sealed proposals must prominently display the project name “PAYROLL PROCESSING SERVICES” on the front of the envelope. Sealed proposals must be received by the Office of the Township Clerk no later than 10:00 AM on October 4, 2017. No late proposals will be accepted.

All bids must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check or bid bond for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid but not in excess of $20,000, and be delivered to the place and by the hour above named.

The Township will not assume responsibility for proposals mailed in through public or private mailing services. All aforementioned address requirements apply to mailed proposals.

The Township reserves the right to request an in-house demonstration of software capabilities prior to award.

The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive technical defects and make the award to the bidder most competent to serve the Township's requirements.

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et. seq., N.J.S.A. 17:27 (Affirmative Action), and Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 12101, et.seq.).
