MEETING NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., as amended by P.L. 2020, c.5, and in consideration of Executive Orders No. 103 and 107, issued by Governor Murphy on March 9 and 21, 2020 respectively, declaring a State of Emergency and a Public Health Emergency in the State of New Jersey, the Township of Evesham does hereby notify the public that to protect the health, safety and welfare of our citizens while ensuring the continued functioning of government, the monthly meeting of the Township Council scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on April 21, 2020 at 984 Tuckerton Road, Marlton, New Jersey will be conducted electronically using the video conferencing service ZOOM. To comply with social distancing mandates, the township municipal complex will remain closed to members of the public.
Members of the public who wish to attend the meeting electronically may do so by using one of the following options at 7:00 p.m. on April 21, 2020:

For individuals who cannot register for ZOOM digitally or dial into the meeting, they may submit written comments/questions by contacting the Township Clerk via email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. prior to the meeting, up until April 21 at 4:30 p.m. The comments/questions must include the individual’s name and address, which will be read into the record.

Individuals using any of the above means will be able to participate during public comment portions of the meeting. A non-public dial in number will be used if executive session is required.

The meeting is also scheduled to be streamed live to the township website, as with past council meetings, as an option for residents who wish to view the meeting, but who do not wish to register through ZOOM. However, public comment will only be available through the aforementioned three options delineated above.
