Municipal, general and primary elections:

•Polls are open to voters from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm

School elections:

•Polls are open to voters from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm  

Licenses expire January 31 and are subject to renewal during January of each year.

Van Zant School Conestoga Dr. & Bartram Rd. District numbers - 1, 2, 3, 4

Evans School Route 73 South Distric numbers - 5, 6, 13, 14, 26

DeMasi School Evesboro/Medford Road District numbers - 7, 8, 9, 21, 30

Jaggard School Wescott Road District numbers - 10, 15

Beeler School Caldwell Ave. & Radnor Blvd. District numbers - 11, 12, 23, 24

Marlton Elementary School Tomlinson Mill Road District numbers - 16, 31, 32

Marlton Middle School Tomlinson MIll Road District numbers - 17, 18, 25

Rice School Crown Royal Parkway District 19, 27, 28, 29

Kettle Run Fire Company Hopewell Rd. & Chestnut Avenue District numbers 20, 22  subject to renewal during January of each year.

You can register to vote at the Township Clerk's Office.

You must be:

1) A citizen of the United States;

2) At least 18 years of age on or before the next election;

3) A resident of New Jersey and of Burlington County for at least 30 days.

 

The deadline to register to vote in the next ensuing election is 21 days prior to the election day.

You may use the Vital Statistic Request Form to complete and mail with your payment (instruction and fees are on the form).  For more detailed information concerning the Registrar's office please Click Here.

Please complete  zoning complaint form.  Complaints may not be anonymous.  We will inspect and a notice of violation will be sent if  the property is in violation of chapter 54 of the township code.  The owner will have 10 days to comply.  Failure to comply will result in either a court summons or a property lien if the township has to cut the grass.
