The Tax Collector's Office is located in the upper level of the Municipal Building, room 202.
The Tax Collector is responsibe for billing, reporting and enforcing the collection of real estate taxes.
Tax bills are mailed once a year for the third (due August 1) and fourth quarter (due November 1) of the current year and the first (February 1) and second quarter (due May 1) of the next year. There is a 10-day grace period for each quarter. If the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday the grace period will be the next business day.

Payments can now be made online using our secure on-line payment system. There is also a drive-up drop-box located on the circular drive of the main entrance to the Municipal Building. You can also pay in person or by mail to Tax Collector's Office, 984 Tuckerton Road, Marlton, NJ 08053. Post-marks are not accepted as "received date".

The Tax Collector must hold a Tax Sale on all delinquent municipal charges, including TEMUA’s water and sewer rents. The sale can be held as early as November 11, of the current year, but no later than December 31, of the next year. The Tax Sale is advertised in the newspaper for four consecutive weeks prior to the week of the sale. The Tax Sale is held via online electronic auction.
